Pump problems
Are you only using gravity to feed the machines. The law of gravity is that, for every foot of elevation you will get 2 PSI ( pounds per square inch) of pressure. You can figure out the minimum volume that the manufacture requires and make sure that amount is being furnished to the machines. You will probable need to install a pump prior to the machines with a regulated return line to keep the proper amount of water running for optimum performance. Its very hard on the machine not to have the proper volume of water. So to answer your question, i don't believe you'll be able to get 9.5 GPM that the three machine need by simple using gravity. I hope this helps
Lost high pressure
Piston rings defective. Replace. Possibly scored cylinder walls that may need to be resurfacing or replaced.
Cannot start my Comet pressure washer...water runs
Hi: Some things to check: Is the gas old or contaminated with water. Change it if you are unsure. Are you getting a spark? To check this: BE CAREFUL. Remove the plug. Plug it back into its wire. Hold it WITH INSULATED PLIERS so the tip is close to the metal frame of the machine and have someone pull the starter cord. The plug should spark.

Committed Cardinal Sin No. 1, ran p/w w/o water.
It's not damaged...just hydraulically "locked"...my guess is the recirc valve is shot or worn enough to put is where it won't release. Just carefully start taking stuff off the pressure head...till the pressure bleeds off
Good Luck
Oil for Comet pump
aftermarket oil will be fine just use same grade of oil,all manufacturers want that extra kick,
I have a Comet BXD
the water inlet needs a gasket like all hose connections. If its gone the pump may be starving for water.

Power washer problem no pump action
sounds like nozzle is blocked.small bits of grit jam nozzle unscrew and make sure its clear turn water on and pull trigger to see if gun trigger works, then refit nozzle check again for spray.if clear start up and try out.if no go then pump probably needs cleaning and relubing seals.
