Normally you would have to pull the radio usually it will be in the back or side sticker if not you can always call the dealership with your information on the registration and they can give you the code if you can prove you're the current owner

This could be true. The radio fuse may also be the fuse to dash lights also. Check the fuses. One fuse will cover 3 or more difetent things. Like My Toyota pickup with automatic trans, when wipers quit working because the fuse blew, I had no overdrive either.

You may have a short to ground meaning your wires are pinched together or you have the lead to one or more of yor devices touching metal. Thats two options the other one is one of your devices may be bad and hopefully this is the case. To test that theroy you will need to have several spare fuses. Start by unplugging one device at a time them inserting a new fuse and keep doing this process until the fuse doesnt blow then you wil have your culpret. If that doesnt work you will need an electrical specialist to track down which part of your wiring is shorting your fuse out. I would try your cigarette lighter and horn first.

On my S10 blazer I believe it was on the fuel rail or just back from the fuel rail on top of the engine. If you start at the injectors and follow the fuel line back you should find it pretty quick.

If you have a Code scanner you can do it there.. if not, Unplug the Battery Positive and Negative terminals for 5 minutes then Reconnect.. it will reset and check everything..

No, a bad battery can not cause this problem, but was the ignition stuck in the on position? That would make the battery go dead. A lock smith might be able to help you.

If it's a stock alarm system, it should have it's own fuse. Pull it and your all set. If it's after market system, disconnect the positive wire to the system.

Pretty straight forward. You have to drop the tank out from under the SUV there are 2 straps that hold the tank in place. Here is a youtube video of the process.
