Float on a Cecilware FE-100 coffee maker is not working properly, doesn't shut off

Calcium buildup on your floating ball level sensor. That cause malfunction of this part. So it stops sending stop signal for water solenoid.

Water will not dispense from my cecilware cappuccino machine but the motor works fine

unplug it for 20 seconds and plug it back in. this will reset the solenoid board. if it still doesn't, see if the solenoid valve clicks at all. if not, replace the solenoid coil.

Fire-Protection

Hi Larslars current flows through circuit breakers from the main source ,if any high voltage comes in ,the breakers trip before high voltage could reaches the building this is so to prevent any fire to the building and damage to appliances, by having the coffee maker plug in does not pose any fire hazard,if the coffee maker develops any short, the voltage goes direct to the circuit breakers and trip them off, before any fire can could ocurr.low humidity i know is damp and moist which could defuse any heat or sparks.on my behalf i find it highly impossible for a fire to start due to low humidity good luck with your arguments.

WATER HOOK UP

The National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) requires the following for NSF approved installation:

1. A quick disconnect water connection or enough extra coiled tubing (at least 2x the depth of the unit) so that the Brewer can be moved for cleaning underneath.

2. An approved flow-back prevention device such as a double check valve to be installed between Brewer and water supply.

WATER CONNECTION

The Brewer comes equipped with a ¼ inch compression water inlet fitting located in the back. Use a ¼ inch copper tubing to connect the Brewer to a cold water supply. Water pressure should be: 20 PSI min. to 90 PSI max. An external shut-off valve and a water filtering system with a charcoal filter are highly recommended. Turn water supply on and check for leaks at the water inlet connections, tighten compression fitting if necessary.

Hook-up using a garden hose would not be recommended; if the hose is too long you may not meet the minimum required pressure and will have difficulty filling the machine.

Basket with coffee and filter overflows. Why?

Grounds might be too fine or not leveled before brewing, sprayhead might be dirty and clogged.

1. We have a CL100 electric sn D108302 purchased

It sounds ike the float is working, and trying to get the unit to fill. I found little information on the net about this unit, but I did find the following webpage that has parts, one of them being a "dump valve": http://www.3wire.com/webstore/Parts/PartsByManufacturer.aspx?mfrcode=CECILWARE&gclid=CNO9q4WWkKYCFQgHbAodvy7log
In order to be able to figure out if the valve is bad, you will have to figure out the wiring from the float and make sure it goes to the valve, and measure the signal. If the valve is getting voltage, but not opening, it is stuck or bad.
Here is Cecilware's support site, and you might contact them to see if they can recognize the bad part by the symptoms in their database- they often can:
http://www.cecilware.com/contact_us.aspx
Good luck, and hope this helps.

I have a new BT 3--has been working fine--this

Hello,

What this indicate i that there have been a blockage on the desolve scale to the vibrating pump. You are write sometimes it can be unstuck by itself hoever, this time is seems that more scale blocked inside the pump.

What you are to do is to open coffee machein then trace the pump directly and clean it with a wire brush.

If you find it dificult you can try decalcifying solution once more and leave it for more time inside the machine so that more calcium will be desolve and probably you will have the pump unstuck.

When you try to test the machine dont leave it work continuasly for more than 2 min cause this will burn the coil of the pump.
