this is question forum. manufactures do not read it. call the number in your manual and ask for service, but it may cheaper to replace the unit, if you have to pay the labor to disassemble and remove remove and reassemble and reinstall unit.

The frosted glass cover on the bottom unscrews. It takes a while to get loose. I found that using a rubber glove for grip helps, like opening a jar.

Turn the power off to the fans at the breaker. Double check the DIP switches on each fan head from a written note. Then check the DIP switches on the remote. Then remove the batteries from the remote and count to 50 and re-insert them. Turn the power back on to the fans.
