Scalarider q1 is not charging, when i plug it into the wall it will blink in blue led every half a second or second,it should blink red and when i unplug it it will be like there is no battery at all?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the charging mechanism of your Cardo ScalaRider Bluetooth headset. The blue blinking light you're seeing indicates that the device is powered on, but it should blink red when charging. This could be caused by a problem with the charging port or the battery itself. One possible solution is to try a different charging cable and wall adapter to see if that resolves the issue. If that doesn't work, it may be worth trying to reset the device by holding down the power button for 10 seconds while it's connected to the charger. If that doesn't work, the battery or charging port may be damaged and in need of replacement. If none of the above solutions work, please reach out to the manufacturer for further assistance. They may be able to provide a warranty or repair service for your device.

Microphone

It is the microphone, this happened to me. I was inquisitive and out of warranty so had nothing to lose. Fix using these steps:

1. Remove foam microphone cover
2. Slide ring collar back down the boom
3. Split open the plastic microphone unit
4. Solder any loose wires - black to the rim, white to the middle of the microphone
5. Reverse steps above to put back together

My scala rider battery won't hold a charge in

Guys, if you roll out a device that can detect the battery if you own a soldering iron it can be easily replaced by a similar or even greater capacity.
