Shutter problems

I am having a similar problem with my eos 100QD.
shutter opens, then stays open until I depress the shutter switch again.
Sometimes about half my photos are lost on a roll, but the other photos are fine (as would be expected from how the film is wound). This problem looks like it's caused by the shutter mechanism failing, a common problem with older camera and one that is often more expensive to repair than it is to replace the body.

You mentioned that you have already replaced the Laser Unit, but the error persists. Here are a few more steps you can try: Check the cable: Ensure that the cable connected to the Laser Scanner Unit is properly attached and not damaged. Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4): If the error still persists after checking the cable and replacing the Laser Scanner Unit, you might need to replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4) Here are some YouTubes that may help - once you get past ads. Hi, I have a Canon G30 Camcorder.

Here are steps you can take in view of the data you've given: 1. Check the focal point cap: Guarantee it's taken out. An even, to some degree, appended focal point cap can prevent picture capture. 2. Review the focal point for soil or garbage: Clean it delicately with a delicate, microfiber material if necessary. 3. Check battery charge: A low battery can, in some cases, cause a startling way of behaving. Charge the battery completely and retry. 4. Affirm recording mode: Twofold check that the camcorder is really set to record mode, not playback mode. 5. Attempt an alternate memory card: In the event that you're utilizing a card, it very well may be flawed. Test with an alternate, viable card. 6. Reset the camcorder: In some cases, a straightforward reset can determine misfires. Allude to your manual for explicit guidelines. If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's likely a hardware problem that requires professional repair. Contact Canon Support for further assistance or to arrange service.

Scanner canon dr6030 cants pull the paper

Troubleshoot this issue step by step: Check the Feed Selection Lever: Ensure that the Feed Selection Lever (located on the lower left side of the front of the scanner) is in the correct position (up) for separation. Straighten the edges of the stack of documents to be scanned. Set the document guides so they are wider than the document to be scanned. Place the documents face up into the feed tray, ensuring they touch the document stoppers. Clear Any Jammed Paper: Be careful when removing jammed paper to avoid cuts. Remove any documents that have been left in the eject tray. Close the document eject tray. If the document ejection is stopped partway, perform this operation with the document eject tray extension open. Hold the upper unit as shown in the diagram and open it to the point where you can remove the jammed document. The pickup roller is located in the middle of the upper unit. Do not hold the protrusion on the upper unit when opening it, as it may deform the pickup roller or cause a feeding error. Close the feeder cover. If the jam occurred in the feed section, pull the document out carefully without applying too much force. Be sure to remove any torn parts remaining in the scanner. Close the upper unit slowly, ensuring it clicks into place. Do not force it to close, as this may damage the scanner. After removing the jammed paper, check if the last page was scanned, and then continue scanning. Rapid Recover System: If a paper jam occurs when the "Rapid Recover System" is enabled in the ISIS/TWAIN driver settings, the image of the document is not saved, and scanning stops. You can continue scanning from the document that caused the paper jam after fixing the issue. Additional Considerations: Make sure the pickup rollers retract when the machine is powered on. Check that the stopper plates are in the down position. Verify that the upper unit is completely closed after clearing the jam. Remember to handle the scanner components carefully to avoid damage. If the issue persists, consider seeking professional assistance or contacting Canon support for further guidance

How do I clean the printhead on a Canon P23-DH V printing calculator?

I would use a soft toothbrush and a little Isopropyl Alcohol and then a lint free cloth and then give another gentle brush. There are some other ideas here. Take no notice of the answer by 'Marvin' on Fixya about dropping the head in boiling water, I think he thinks he is dealing with a colour inkjet printer. https://www.google.com/search?q=canon+p23-dh+v+printing+calculator+clean+print+head ..

Canon 12x36 is ii stabilization is not working properly. Stabilization tends to want to stray.

Hello, I think dust, smudges, or fingerprints on the lenses can affect image quality and stabilization performance. Use a soft, lint-free cloth or lens cleaning solution to gently clean the lenses of your binoculars. Make sure not to apply excessive pressure or use abrasive materials that could scratch the lens surface. Moreover, when using image-stabilized binoculars, it's important to hold them steadily and avoid sudden movements. Rest your elbows on a stable surface or use a tripod if possible to minimize hand tremors. Ensure that you're using proper stabilization techniques to maximize the effectiveness of the stabilization feature.

I have a problem with my canon printer g3411. It has an error P03 but no paper jam. How do I solve my problem

Error P03 on a Canon printer typically indicates a paper jam, even if you cannot physically see any jammed paper. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Carefully check the paper tray and inside the printer for any jammed paper or debris.
  3. Remove any jammed paper or debris you find.
  4. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
  5. Attempt to print again.
If you don't see any paper jammed in the printer, there are a few other things you can try to resolve the error P03:
  1. Try resetting the printer. To do this, turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on.
  2. Check the ink cartridges and make sure they are properly seated and have enough ink.
  3. Clean the printer's rollers. Rollers are the small rubber wheels inside the printer that move the paper through the printer. Over time, dust, debris, or ink can build up on the rollers and cause paper jams. Cleaning the rollers can help resolve the issue.
  4. Try to update the firmware of the printer. Sometimes, a firmware update can resolve the issue.
  5. Check the printer's settings, ensure that the size of paper loaded match the size of paper set in the settings.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may want to contact Canon support for further assistance.
