I have a Canon FS200 and a brand new SD 64 GB card. When I try to initialize the card, the camera says, Failed: Process Terminated with Error, but it doesn't tell me what the error is. Can you???

I cannot tell you what the error is, but perhaps I can give you some tips on how to solve the problem. First, try to read the SD card on your computer. Is it formatted? if not, format to FAT 32. Are there any file structures? If so, erase and format the SD card to FAT 32. If these activities do not work, then try with another SD or SDHC card (type 10 if possible) and see if the error is replicated. From there, recommend contacting Canon customer support for assistance.

How do I pause while recording? I can pause while playing back but can't seem to figure out how to pause a recording then resume, it just stops and starts a new clip. Please help. (My handycam is cano

The default is to start a new clip every time you press the stop button, but in settings you might be able to tell the camera to continue with the same clip provided you press record again with a set time. Not sure why you want to do this though - it's much easier to edit using small clips than very large ones.

How do i get sound through my tv

You will need a 3.5 to rca ( RED,WHITE,YELLOW) , then select the input source video, 1,2 or 3 pending what tv you have , if you have no rca inputs and just a screw in cable input , you can buy a converter for around 20 bucks , good luck

My video camera was in my car for a short time i took it out to video and now its blurry and has a bunch of colored lines on the screen.

It sounds as though it may have become overheated. If it continues to show this problem and the camera is not too warm when used then it may have been damaged by the heat. Temps in cars can get very hot. It could also be a physical damage issue if the camera was not in a case and slide around unprotected.

Muting the mic

Plug in a 3.5mm stereo "pin" plug, into the external microphone input. This will open the internal microphone circuitry and allow for silent recording.
