There are no "filters" on this camera unless you've got an external one screwed to the lens. The ND "filter" feature is an internal option that cannot be accessed to clean and should have never gotten dirty where it is located. Are you sure you mean the filters or something else?

The Canon DC320 uses DVD-R/-RW/-R DL recording formats.

Check that the laser lens is not blocked with dust or debris, then if no go try factory reset from the camera's menu options.

I might be misunderstanding your questions - if so, I apologize. First, make sure that the switch is on "camera" and not on "play" or "off." When it is on camera, you can then press the button below the word "DISC." After you record a video, you can simply hit the record button a second time to stop the recording process. The video you just recorded will automatically be given a separate "scene" in the index. You can view the video by moving the selector switch to "play."

Hey, have you tried the reset button? Its usually inside some small hole on the camcorder

Maybe only takes DVD+ or dvd-

I had been asked you about my camcorder dc 230 canon, the disc cover is not open when I hit eject, you told me first to put on the surface Then I put it after several time it showed me on the screen the disc cover is open. but no action happen still it was stack after I fellow the manual That you tells me Turn off the camcorder, disconnect the compact power adapter And remove the battery pack. Restore the power supply and try again. After that it open and working correctly thank you I appreciate.

My door became difficult to open after a few years. I found that I had to push it back with my finger as I pressed the open button. There is a metal prong that holds the door closed...and bends easily. You can try to bend it back in place once it is opened.

I don't know if there is any solution. The Canon DC 210 seems to have BIG BIG problems with finalizing, even for those who are plugged in and in Play mode.

make sure that you have finalized the videos from the camcorder.


-put the disc back in the camcorder and finalize it then place it back in the computer or connect your camcorder via usb and transfer to pc.

You might want to check the battery,if the battery is completely dead it won't charge or turn on

Hi all you need to do is have it powering with the a/c adapter plugged in and into the wall it will then finalize. It wont do it if you do not have power going to it. You would think they would put this in the instructions.
