My feeder does not work. It is a Cannon Imagerunner 330S. Serial plate XSC24741.Can this part be purchased?

Cannon Oce 650 error code 16502/printer on start up. How to fix?
Check to make sure there isn't something blocking the paper output on the back of the computer. If not, open up the front door, about the top drawer, and close it. Go the back and open up the rear cover and close it. That may reset the problem. Remove ALL jobs from the queue and clear the set memory.
If that doesn't fix it, there may be a problem with the output sensor. These sensors may not be easily available on any website, so it's best to call you local Oce/Canon dealer for service.
