Candy Washing Machines - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support
I've a CANDY GRAND EVO 8123D WHEN I SWICTH IT ON all the lights come on together no buttons do anything and it keeps tic, tic, ticking any one could help me please
It sounds like there may be a problem with the control board or circuitry in your Candy Grand Evo 8123D washing machine. The ticking noise could be an indicator of a fault in the machine's control system.
To troubleshoot the issue, you could try the following steps:
Unplug the machine from the power outlet for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. This may reset the control board and solve the problem.
Check the power supply to the machine. Make sure that the power outlet is working and the machine is receiving the proper voltage.
Check the door lock. If the door is not properly closed or the lock is faulty, the machine may not start.
Check the machine's control board and wiring for any signs of damage or corrosion.
If none of these steps work, it may be best to call a professional appliance repair technician to diagnose and fix the issue
I have a Candy Bianca washing machine with a code 43026 169
The error code you are seeing on your Candy Bianca washing machine indicates a problem with the water supply. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
- Check the water supply: Make sure that the water supply to the washing machine is turned on and that there are no issues with the water pressure.
- Check the water inlet hose: Make sure that the water inlet hose is not kinked, twisted or damaged in any way. Also check that the filter at the end of the hose is not clogged with debris.
- Check the water inlet valve: The water inlet valve may be faulty and need to be replaced. You can test the valve with a multimeter to check for continuity.
- Check the water pressure sensor: The water pressure sensor may be faulty and need to be replaced. You can test the sensor with a multimeter to check for continuity.
If you have tried all these steps and the problem still persists, it may be best to contact a professional appliance repair technician for further assistance.
The start/pause button is not working on my candy smart class a washing machine
the pump is blocked up or the filter
once you take the blockage you need to reset the machine
too do this turn off the mains power
press and hold usually the start pause or menu button
and turn the mains on
wait a few seconds and let go
should clear the fault detection
if it is the filter or a blocked bad pump
and its clear then the machine will reset
The start/pause button isnt working
I have always found that my Candy refuses to function at times, especially if I have tried to set it with wet hands. Do a Master Reset. Switch the circuit breaker off. Wait for 60 seconds. Turn it back on. Open and close the door 6 times within 12 seconds. I know it sounds mad but it works.
Bianca w/d. What does 43026 101 display indicate?
QuietGuard3:
Firstly, Clean light flashing 7 times?
Secondly, Press Heated Dry, press Normal Wash, then press Heated Dry again
Lastly, press Normal Wash again (that's 4 button-presses) and that should fix it.
Candy Washer Dryer grinding noise
If it is only doing it on the drying cycle, it must be the forced air fan that blows the heated air through the clothes.
For dryers that have sensors, the time will often go up as the sensor realizes the clothes are wetter than it first thought. Once it reaches a sound judgement, it should start to decrease. If it doesn't, you have sensor or control board issues and you need a service visit.
You can Google
make model parts schematic
and see all the parts and the costs. Control boards are very expensive.
Error code H03 coming up on candy washing machine??
This refers to the draining setup on the machine. Check the filters are clean and the drain pipe is not blocked with dirt. If this doesn't help it could be a wiring, Drain pump or a Level Sensor/Switch problem. For that I would suggest a repair specialist takes a look at it.
Why won't my drum spin once a load of laundry is in the drum
The clutch assembly is going out. When the washer is empty, there is no load. When clothes are in the washer it takes more effort to spin especially wet clothes. If you give it a push it will probably take off and spin. This is a sign of transmission problems. The washer will not spin at maximum speed. This increases drying time.
