Definatley a fuel / carb problem . remove carb-remove fuel bowel turn carb upside down float should be level to carb body if not replace needle and seat. drain fuel from tank into a clear container to see if there is water in fuel (water will settle to bottom of container ) also check jet in middle of carb to see if plugged.

You need to replace seal shown part number 3 but that is wrong pn it is t new pump body. After you remove it you might try auto parts store (not box auto stores). If there is a a number on seal body your doing good.

Hook up the water hose and plug it in I assume it is electric.

Oil is leaking from the engine. Pump does not have oil in it.

campbell may use a propietary fitting for you to purchase from them try 22 millimeter twist type fitting KARCHER brand uses them they used widely in EUROPE.

Either the pump is bad or worn out or the pressure relief valve is stuck open and needs to be closed. No kinks in water line to unit?

with 2 nose pliers you can get the hose out the press unloader you must push the the little hose connector in up and at the same time pull the hose out of it
If its press unloader don't stop blowing and is been blowing when its top get the 8 or 10 bar then there is a problem with the rubber valve on the tankvalve that is moast times on the tank with a flat hexagon sometimes 17 or 22 mm dirty or broken spring or metal sometimes from a little piece of broken membrane , most times it is neccesary to pull of the pressure hard plastic hose of this valve and push some wd40 inside the hose and connect again sometimes its not neccesary to get of the hose of the pressostat switch.
If the presostaat is set to zero then the press unloader is always open if its sets on then it must be closed if it is not closed you can maybe replace it (sometimes its press unloader or clean it oft is

The age for a pressure washer depends mostly on the speed range mostly in two speeds in 1600 or 2800 rpm. a 2800 rpm is usually an entry level model and an age of 7 or 8 years on average. the 1600 rmp and with a brass pump is a quality product, and if its COMET Kraenzle DIBO INTER PUMP than it pays,, in your case

any anti foaming oil ,you can use multi grade but it goes milky with minute air bubbles and gives the appearance of getting water in.most manufacturers recommend anti-foaming oil

2 possibilities. It is not getting enough water from the hose or your pressure regulator is bad. Does it sound like the engine is developing full RPM? Could be and engine problem if not coming up to full speed.
