Bush Refrigerators - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

Clogged coils can cause poor cooling. Check to make sure nothing is stuck in the condenser fan and that it spins freely (models with coils on the back won't have a fan). To do this, unplug the fridge and pull it out. Clean the fan blades and spin the fan by hand to see if it's stuck.

If it has an evaporator fan, make sure that is working, or the defrost element has failed. Check the air vents from the freezer into the food compartment are clear. There may be ice blocking them.

Either the defrost heater or evaporator fan isn't working. But check that the doors are closing properly first. If they stick open or there is a gap where the seals are, moisture will get into the freezer and cause icing up near to where the seals are not sealing.
