A peeler (potato peeler or vegetable peeler) is a kitchen tool consisting of a slotted metal blade attached to a handle that is used to remove the outer skin or peel of certain vegetables, often potatoes and carrots, and fruits such as apples, pears, etc. A paring knife may also be used to peel vegetables. A peeler differs from a knife in that the blade has a slot cut into it, which is sharpened on the inside edge, while the other side prevents the blade from cutting too far into the vegetable.

That lever operates the iron plate which goes from vertical to flat to shut off the flow of air up the chimney. When the fireplace is not in use, it needs to be closed to prevent drafts or air flowing in or out the chimney. It must be open to use the fireplace. Look up inside to see if you see daylight for it to be open. If it is not open when you build a fire, the smoke will come out into the room instead of going up the chimney.

Fowl are birds belonging to one of two biological orders, namely the gamefowl or landfowl (Galliformes) and the waterfowl (Anseriformes). Studies of anatomical and molecular similarities suggest these two groups are close evolutionary relatives; together, they form the fowl clade which is scientifically known as Galloanserae (initially termed Galloanseri). This clade is also supported by morphological and DNA sequence data[3] as well as retrotransposon presence/absence data.

The gas mask is a mask used to protect the user from inhaling airborne pollutants and toxic gasses. The mask forms a sealed cover over the nose and mouth, but may also cover the eyes and other vulnerable soft tissues of the face. Some gas masks are also respirators, though the word gas mask is often used to refer to military equipment (e.g. field protective mask). The user of the gas mask is not protected from gas that the skin can absorb. Most gas mask filters will last around 24 hours in a nuclear biological chemical (NBC) situation. Airborne toxic materials may be gaseous (for example sulfur mustard and chlorine gas used in World War I) or particulates (such as many biological agents developed for weapons such as bacteria, viruses, and toxins). Many gas masks include protection from both types. Gas masks are used in construction to protect against welding fumes, in deconstruction to protect against asbestos or other hazardous particles, and in the chemical industry when handling hazardous materials, as in making repairs to leaking equipment or cleaning up after spills; workers have usually issued gas masks as a precaution against leaks. During demonstrations and protests where tear gas or CS-gas is employed by riot police, gas masks are commonly used by police and demonstrators alike. Aside from serving their functional purposes, gas masks are also used as emblems in industrial music, with the most notable example, the subgenre of drum and bass called Neurofunk. These emblems are used by graffiti taggers because the mask protects them from the paint canister's toxic fumes, and by urban explorers venturing into environments where hazardous materials, such as asbestos, may be present.

A crank sensor is an electronic device used in an internal combustion engine, both petrol, and diesel, to monitor the position or rotational speed of the crankshaft. This information is used by engine management systems to control the fuel injection or the ignition system timing and other engine parameters. Before electronic crank sensors were available, the distributor would have to be manually adjusted to a timing mark on petrol engines. The crank sensor can be used in combination with a similar camshaft position sensor to monitor the relationship between the pistons and valves in the engine, which is particularly important in engines with variable valve timing. This method is also used to "synchronize" a four stroke engine upon starting, allowing the management system to know when to inject the fuel. It is also commonly used as the primary source for the measurement of engine speed in revolutions per minute. Common mounting locations include the main crank pulley, the flywheel, the camshaft or on the crankshaft itself. This sensor is the 2nd most important sensor in modern-day engines after the camshaft position sensor. When it fails, there is a probability the engine will not start, or cut out while running.

How to upload products - While listing products on Amazon is a great way to sell your products and expose them to millions of customers, adding multiple items to your merchant account can be a time-consuming process. Instead of adding products one-by-one, sellers with Pro Merchant Subscription accounts can use Amazon's tools to upload product details in bulk. 1. Download Amazon's pre-built inventory file template from that fits your product category. This template is a Microsoft Excel file. You can use free programs such as Apache OpenOffice Calc and LibreOffice Calc to open and edit the file if you do not own Excel. 2. Open the template in a spreadsheet program. Each template has detailed instructions specific to your product category at the top of the document. Carefully read the instructions before entering your product details so you do not make any mistakes. 3. Print the "Data Definitions" tab in the spreadsheet. This worksheet includes important details on the acceptable values and formats you can enter into the template. Keep it handy as a reference when filling out the template. 4. Add your inventory items to the template. Pay close attention to template columns to make sure you enter product details in the correct cell. Enter details such as SKU, product ID, title, brand, manufacturer, description and more. You can also add bullet points to expand on the description of your item in the cells labeled "BulletPoint1," "BulletPoint2," "BulletPoint3" and so on. 5. Save the file in the .xls format when you are finished entering product details. In Excel, OpenOffice Calc and LibreOffice Calc, select "File" from the program menu, then click "Save As." 6. Save the file again as a tab-delimited .txt file, per Amazon's instructions. This is the file format needed for uploading on If a dialog pops up that says the file format does not support files containing multiple worksheets or something similar, click "OK." If another warning says the document contains features incompatible with the file format, click "Yes." 7. Log in to your Amazon seller account. Click "Upload multiple items," then select the template type for the file you want to upload. To completely replace all of the items in your inventory, select "Purge and Replace." 8. Click "Select File Upload," then "Browse." Locate your product file on your computer using the dialog box, select it, then click "Upload Now." After you upload the document, the page shows the status of the upload. Refresh the page to see the upload progress. Files over 5MB may take several hours to process.
