My clarke 100en will not strike an arch ...is there a wireing diagram that shows were the wires conect inside from the trigger button

To check if there is a signal from the switch on the gun, depress the switch and the wire should start to move out. If it does, the main board has a fault, if it doesn't, it may be a faulty switch.

I just got a used spectrum 500 and the ready light is on but I'm getting no arc or air. I tested the button on the torch and it's good. Does anyone have a idea what the problem could be ?

Did you check for switch closure at machine, or just inside handle? Need to verify signal getting to machine

I have a Miller Synco Wave 350 DX TIG/arc welder but my Remote 14 is not reading my pedal. I checked the pedal and its good. I turned welder off unplugged the pedal, turned welder back on.

Based on the information provided, it seems that there may be an issue with the Remote 14 connection on the Miller Synco Wave 350 DX TIG/arc welder. Here are some steps that can be taken to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Check the Remote 14 connection: Make sure that the Remote 14 connector is securely plugged into the welder. If it is loose or not fully connected, this could cause issues with the pedal not being recognized. 2. Check the pedal connection: Ensure that the pedal is properly connected to the Remote 14 connector. If it is not plugged in all the way or if there is any damage to the cable, this could cause issues with the pedal not being recognized. 3. Check for error codes: The Miller Synco Wave 350 DX TIG/arc welder has a built-in diagnostic system that can display error codes if there is an issue with the machine. Check to see if any error codes are displayed and refer to the user manual for troubleshooting steps. 4. Contact Miller customer support: If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be necessary to contact Miller customer support for further assistance. In summary, if your Remote 14 is not reading your pedal on your Miller Synco Wave 350 DX TIG/arc welder, you should check the connections, look for error codes, and contact customer support if necessary.

Bobcat t650 has m1732 code

ONLY: If your Bobcat T650 is displaying the M1732 code, it indicates a problem with the fuel pressure sensor circuit. This could be caused by a faulty sensor, damaged wiring, or a problem with the engine control module (ECM). To start troubleshooting this issue, you should first inspect the wiring and connections for any signs of damage or corrosion. If everything appears to be in good condition, you can test the fuel pressure sensor using a multimeter to check for proper resistance values. If the sensor is found to be faulty, it will need to be replaced. If the sensor and wiring are both in good condition, the issue may lie with the ECM. In this case, it is recommended that you take your Bobcat T650 to a qualified technician who can diagnose and repair the problem.

I have a Lincoln Ranger 250 gas welder it runs but it won't strike a arc where should I start looking for the problem?

If your Lincoln Ranger 250 gas welder is running but not striking an arc, there could be a few potential issues causing this problem. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Check the welding leads and connections: Ensure that the welding leads are securely connected to both the welder and the workpiece. Make sure the connections are tight and free from corrosion or damage. 2. Check the electrode/ground clamp connections: Inspect the electrode holder and ground clamp connections for any loose or damaged parts. Ensure that the electrode holder is securely gripping the welding electrode. 3. Check the welding electrode: Examine the welding electrode for any signs of damage or wear. Replace the electrode if it appears worn out, as it may not strike an arc effectively. 4. Check the power source: Verify that the power source to the welder is adequate. Ensure that the welder is receiving the correct voltage and that the power source is providing sufficient power. 5. Check the welding settings: Review the welding settings on the welder to ensure they are appropriate for the type and thickness of the metal you are working on. Adjust the settings if necessary. 6. Check the welding environment: Make sure you are operating in a clean and well-ventilated area. Remove any contaminants or debris from the workpiece and ensure good contact between the workpiece and the ground clamp. 7. Check the welder's internal components: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to inspect the internal components of the welder. This requires expertise and should be performed by a qualified technician. Contact a professional repair service or the manufacturer for assistance. Remember, safety is crucial when working with welding equipment. Always follow proper safety precautions and wear appropriate protective gear, such as welding gloves and a welding helmet, to protect yourself from potential hazards. These might help
