A lot of watch manufacturers use the American style date layout of Month/Day/Year. Try this. Looking at the watch press and hold the bottom right SIDE button for 3 seconds. It should enter setting mode where the seconds display will flash. Press the Right FACE button once. It should switch to the Hour display flashing. Press the same button again to go to minutes and them again to go to the date display.
Repeated pressing of the top Right SIDE button changes the numbers upwards, (1,2,3,4), and the Left FACE button changes the numbers downwards, (4,3,2,1). Press the Bottom right SIDE button once to finish and go back to the normal display.

The EL code indicates a problem with the voltage or the compressor motor, while the OC code indicates an over-current problem. To fix this issue, you should first check the circuit breaker to make sure it has not tripped. If the breaker is not tripped, then you should check the power supply to make sure that it is providing the correct voltage to the unit. If the voltage is correct, then the compressor motor may be malfunctioning and will need to be serviced by a professional.
If the stopwatch is working but the timekeeping is not accurate on your Invicta Reserve Speedway watch, there could be several possible causes for the issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
Check the battery: A weak or dying battery can cause timekeeping issues. Try replacing the battery with a fresh one to see if it helps.
Check the movement: If the battery replacement doesn't solve the issue, the movement (the internal mechanism that powers the watch) may be damaged or worn out. A professional watchmaker can diagnose the problem and repair or replace the movement if necessary.
Check the setting: Make sure the watch is set to the correct time and time zone. You can refer to the manual or instructions for your watch on how to set the time and time zone.
Magnetization: Sometimes, exposure to magnetic fields can interfere with the timekeeping of a watch. If you suspect that your watch has been exposed to a strong magnetic field, take it to a professional watchmaker for demagnetization.
Water damage: If your watch has been exposed to water or moisture, it can cause damage to the movement and affect the timekeeping. You can try drying out the watch and replacing the battery, but it may require professional repair.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to take your Invicta Reserve Speedway watch to a professional watchmaker for diagnosis and repair.

https://www.fixya.com/support/r27181038-changing_watch_batteriesHow do I know what size battery for my watch?
Sometimes this is printed on the back of the watch - as with some Timex watches - but in many cases you will need to open your watch case to see the code on the battery. The code can take various forms such as: CR1216.
No one every tells battery types, because they vary. The answer is "the one that came out of it".

Check the battery: Before attempting to set up your watch, make sure that the battery has not run down. If the battery is dead, you will need to have it replaced by a professional watchmaker or authorized Breitling service center.
Wind the watch: If the battery is not dead, you may need to wind the watch to get it started. Most Breitling watches have a self-winding mechanism, but if it has not been worn for a long time, it may need to be manually wound.
Set the time: Once the watch is running, you can set the time by pulling out the crown (the knob on the side of the watch) and turning it until the hands are set to the correct time. Push the crown back in when the time is set.
Set the date: If your watch has a date function, you can set the date by pulling the crown out to the second position and turning it until the date changes. Push the crown back in when the date is set.
Synchronize the time: If your watch has a chronograph function (stopwatch), you may need to synchronize the time to ensure that it is accurate. You can do this by starting the chronograph and waiting for it to complete a full revolution.

If they don't reply you can Google how to set the watch by the number of press buttons it has, two three, or four. Ignore the crown, it isn't a 'button'.

Could you comment with photos of where the strap fixes to the watch body? Unless it is a very specialist watch there are usually two methods of connecting a watch strap.
The most common is a spring loaded pin that slots through the end of the strap and pushes out into dimples on the inside of the two 'legs' the strap sits between. You can remove these by hooking the rib on one end of the pin with a micro screwdriver and compress the spring to hook it out. *NOTE* These pins have strong springs so be prepared for it to launch itself across the room.
The second type tends to be more common on metal watch bands where there is a drift pin you need to push out to drop the band like removing a link out of the strap. Your best getting a watch repairer to do this as you often need a specialist tool to do it.
Hope this helps.
To reset the chronograph hands on an Accurist 7344 watch, you will need to follow these steps:
Pull out the crown to the second click (time-setting position)
Press and hold the top button (located at 2 o'clock) until the chronograph seconds hand returns to the 12 o'clock position.
Release the button and then press and hold the bottom button (located at 4 o'clock) until the chronograph minutes hand returns to the 12 o'clock position.
Release the button and push the crown back in to the normal position.
It's important to note that these steps may vary depending on the specific model of your Accurist 7344 watch. If these steps don't work, refer to the manual or contact the manufacturer for more detailed instructions. If your AFG 3.1 AT Treadmill is not keeping the hour and date settings, it could be due to a few different issues. One common cause is a weak or dead battery in the console. If the battery is low or dead, the console may not be able to retain the settings you enter.
To fix this issue, try replacing the battery in the console. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to access and replace the battery.
Another possible cause of this issue is a malfunctioning console. If replacing the battery does not solve the problem, you may need to contact AFG customer support or a professional technician for assistance. They can help you diagnose the issue and determine if the console needs to be repaired or replaced.
