Check the wheel rubbers and track. In case if rubbers on the wheels of engine are deteriorated, it happens. Similarly if track is oily same happens. Try running engine only. If it moves, then add wagons one by one.

I would suspect a bad switch or a bad motor. These parts are not available anywhere that I have ever heard of.. You might go to the store you purchased it from and ask them. God bless your efforts.

Make sure the batteries are installed correctly and that the connection points are clean and have a tight connection.

If you want to reset your nsfas password, here is what you should do.

1. Go to www.nsfas.org.za
2. Click nsfas account
3. Click 'forgot password'
4. Type in your ID number
5. Choose one of the following options:
   • I can't remember my username
   • I can't remember my password
   • I can't remember my username and password
6. Choose the relevant option
7. Click 'submit'
8. A One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to you via SMS and email to the cellphone number and email you provided
9. Check your cellphone or email for the OTP. This OTP is only valid for 24 hours
10. Type the OTP number in the provided block
11. Click 'submit'
12. A link to reset your login details will be sent to you via email and SMS
13. Click on the link that was received through SMS or email
14. Follow the reset process
15. Create a new password by following the instruction on the screen
16. Click 'submit'

And you're done. You should now have a new password set on your nsfas account.

Darlene. Cover it with fake fur. Either take it to a model shop or take it to a upholsterer or even a seamstress. They will remove the old, make a pattern and sew a new one.

Quite a simple fix!. The door sensor inside the housing has moved, so when the door closes the connector on the door isn't touching the micro-switch inside. Remove the batteries first and then undo the screws on the back of the unit and pull it slowly apart. Do not remove the screw that is in the centre of the drum on the back. This doesn't need removing! Once pulled apart undo the 4 screws that hold the drum housing in place. You will then see the micro-switch which will probably need adjusting up into its original position. Once back into position, I found using strong tape the best, test the door by closing it. If the sensor is in the correct position you will hear the micro-switch click on and off. Put all the screws back, put the batteries back in and away you go! With the door closed the drum should start spinning around again when you hit the Wash buttons.

If you have a digital multimeter, you can test the total voltage at the end contacts in the battery compartment. Also test the switch. Did you put new batteries in the remote? Some are shipped without a battery to save leakage damage. Some have been sitting in a warehouse for 5 years. Always try fresh new batteries that you have purchased.

This often happens when you buy a Japanese Import that was made for the Japanese Market and the car finds itself in America or Australia and realizes via its GPS signal that it is in the wrong country, so it asks for the correct Map Disc to update itself. Or you disconnected the battery. I trust it is in a Toyota as OEM equipment and not purchased used and fitted to a 1989 Honda Civic? They are monitored by the Toyota BCM Computer network.

Ok after three hours I figured it out.
Once you have the hook in the position and all that is left is to apply pressure to press it in. Instead of using your hand like the directions and the instructional video shows. You have to put your foot in the back of the body and put your knee against where you hand is suppose to push and push using your knee with your foot in the back of the body as support. This whole body force snaps it in.
