Check the Batteries inside of the remote control for your TV to see if they needs to be replaced and put new batteries inside of the TV remote and see if it will work after having new batteries. If the remote is still not working with new batteries then the remote is broken and needs to be replaced with a new remote from your TV company. The TV name of brand should have an official company website and you could try and take a look for replacement remotes.

Low battery power can cause the remote to not work correctly or not work at all. Lift the back cover up and away from the remote. Remove and re-insert the 2 batteries. Replace the back cover on the remote, and slide down to click it back into place.
Pour a little bit of rubbing alcohol onto a piece of cotton and very gently clean the main board. You will be surprised to see how much dirt is built up on the main board. Now take all the other parts or pieces of your remote control and give them a good gentle wash using a tiny bit of mild soap. Wash all the plastics and also the rubber keypad.

Yes, there is something you should do, take it to a television engineer! Brain surgery next? :>D

You aren't an engineer and you don't have the test equipment or the knowledge.

Check all your connections, if it is still not working, take to a professional. It is unlikely that both the main board and the power board were faulty, so you already bought one board too many. You can't diagnose television board issues on an online forum, you need the equipment to test.

Things are not so simple. Your universal remote control may not be compatible. Use code search to find out. All URCs do not contain all possible codes for all devices.

  1. Ensure that the power sources for all your devices including the TV, and digital box, VCR, etc.) are securely and fully are connected to your devices and the power outlet. If that doesn't fix it,
  2. Check that your TV is set to the correct or right input. If that doesn't fix it,
  3. Unplug the power cord from your digital box,and wait f about for about 30 seconds, then plug it in again. Wait until the box has fully powered on again, then see if the picture has returned. If that doesn't fix it,In many instances this problem is caused by either a bad driver board, LEDs, or possibly a faulty T-Con board inside of the TV. It could also be an issue with bulging capacitors or a loose cable or ribbon connector. You will need to take the TV apart and see what the issue is with the TV or have a TV repair person take a look at it and fix it too.

Contact the seller as it is under warranty. If your try to fix it yourself, you void the warranty. Did you read the manual and especially the bit about the Mute feature and the Volume button?

The following Astron LED 32 TV was advertised with built-in Netflix capability.

Changes in Netflix rendered current software versions incompatible with older sets. And here is a reference regard some 2010-2011 Samsungs being incompatible:

If your Astron's support is unavailable, an alternative is to try casting from your mobile device to the TV.
