If you have a Mac you can do it this way

Make sure you have the Pages app installed on your iPad.
Connect the iPad to your computer using the appropriate USB cable.
Open iTunes, then locate your iPad in the source list and select the Apps tab. Scroll down to access the File Sharing Pane.
The File Sharing Pane is a centralized location where you can manage the transfer of documents to and from your iPad. To print, transfer the desired document from the iPad to the Mac's hard drive. Then simply open and print using a device connected to that Mac or a device on the Mac's network.

Alternatively, e-mail yourself any documents you want to print, then open them on a Mac with printer access and print from there.

Printing using apps

Shop around. Each printing app works a little differently. When originally reported on iPad printing apps in April 2010, it found few that worked particularly well -- and several that didn't work at all. No doubt this trend has continued as developers continue to bring out new apps.
PrintCentral is an app that can be used with iPad, iPhone and iTouch. Its developers tout it as a one-stop-shop for mobile printing needs. MacWorld has awarded it 4 out of 5 mice and has named it its iPad App of the Week. It can print directly to most wireless printers.
Whether you opt for PrintCentral or another printing app, make sure to review any instructions carefully to get the best performance.

Turns out i had a Zenithink and luckily they have a US website with a step by step guide on how to reflash the firmware which includes a video. Check it out maybe it will work for yours.

Is the screen broken or is it just the digitiser? There are many excellent videos available which take you through the process of replacing all parts of your iPad.

However, it is not something that can be fixed easily and you need to exercise great patience in dismantling your broken iPad and replacing the damaged parts.

Make sure you have plenty of space in which to work and place all the parts of the iPad around your working area so they are easy to reach.

Good Luck.

Unplug power connector and micro-USB cable from your gadget, and attach them to back to your kindle. Put the power adaptor into the power outlet socket. If your Kindle doesn't show on-going charging status, unplug the power connector. Press and hold the Power button on your kindle for 40 seconds at least. If this doesn't work try to open and manage your Kindle in a web browser. Click the "Manage Your Devices" option then enable the "Whispersync Device Synchronization" option.

You can call customer support of the company where this was manufactured, I'm pretty sure they would be able to help you.
Another option is, go to the store where you bought this and they might be able to help you.
When either the customer representative or the one from the store will be able to help you, take note of the password, write it down on a piece of paper and take a picture of it, perhaps have another copy in your wallet or purse.
