Probably needs more gas. The evaporator is inside the fridge and has a small nozzle the squirts the liquid gas into a cavity, it then evaporates and turns cold.

Sounds to me like the system is low on refrigerant. Possibly through a punctured gas line after defrosting using a hard pointy object ?

if its just one section that is not freezing I would check ur thermistors. and cold control thermostat unless its an adc unit in which case you check the main control board

Pull it out and clean the back. When you re position it, put it in a slightly different spot. If it has a kick strip and filter at the bottom, clean that too. The humming is caused by harmonics and just needs a small change to get rid of it.
