F7 error code can be a result of a faulty wire harness (short-circuit), defective heating elements or oven sensor. A qualified service technician will need to have a look, determine faulty part then replace or repair it.Apr 27, 2023
The self cleaning features only serves to keep manufacturers in steady sales of parts. Quite simply the oven can only take those temperatures a few times until they break. The heat burns out elements, damages fans, door locks and worst of all damages control boards which are not far enough from the heat source. It sounds like your control board is fried. Try turning it of at the breaker for 15 minutes by way of a reset.
Never use the self cleaning feature as stated here

The F15 error code on a Fulgor Milano oven typically indicates a problem with the temperature sensor or the wiring between the sensor and the control board. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and fix the issue:
Turn off the oven and unplug it from the power source.
Locate the temperature sensor, which is usually located near the top of the oven cavity and is a small metal rod protruding from the wall.
Check the sensor for any visible damage, such as frayed wires or a bent or broken sensor.
Use a multimeter to test the resistance of the sensor. The sensor should read between 1000-1100 ohms at room temperature. If it is outside of this range, it will need to be replaced.
Check the wiring between the sensor and the control board for any visible damage or loose connections. If there is any damage or loose connections, repair or replace the wiring as necessary.
If the sensor and wiring appear to be in good condition, the problem may be with the control board. In this case, the control board may need to be replaced.
If you are not comfortable performing these troubleshooting steps yourself, it may be best to contact a professional appliance repair technician for assistance.

You can put a physical barrier in front of it, but in my day, parents said "don't go near this or you will get burned", and if you did, it was a learning process. Take them close to it and let them feel the heat. Have a safety discussion with them.
See, all are stated for 'Catering'. I am a retired chef and hospitality manager, this is my trade and my career, I am also a safety trainer.

The grill element has an internal short and needs replacing. Sometimes you can see it as a slight bulging of the element. This happens just before it blows a hole. It may also have been physically damaged when something was put in there after a few Sherries. :>D Sounds like your RCD is adequately sensitive.
No if the fan isn't working it has likely failed. They work in a very hostile atmosphere. Check continuity with a digital multimeter. Another possibility is that the contacts have come loose.
A reset would be simply disconnecting it from mains power for 15 minutes.
