Gaggenau oven not self cleaning.

The self cleaning features only serves to keep manufacturers in steady sales of parts. Quite simply the oven can only take those temperatures a few times until they break. The heat burns out elements, damages fans, door locks and worst of all damages control boards which are not far enough from the heat source. It sounds like your control board is fried. Try turning it of at the breaker for 15 minutes by way of a reset. Never use the self cleaning feature as stated here https://www.google.com/search?q=self-cleaning+oven+temperature ..

Fulgor F15 code continues to pop up when I go to bake something in my oven, How do I fix it?

The F15 error code on a Fulgor Milano oven typically indicates a problem with the temperature sensor or the wiring between the sensor and the control board. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and fix the issue:
  1. Turn off the oven and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Locate the temperature sensor, which is usually located near the top of the oven cavity and is a small metal rod protruding from the wall.
  3. Check the sensor for any visible damage, such as frayed wires or a bent or broken sensor.
  4. Use a multimeter to test the resistance of the sensor. The sensor should read between 1000-1100 ohms at room temperature. If it is outside of this range, it will need to be replaced.
  5. Check the wiring between the sensor and the control board for any visible damage or loose connections. If there is any damage or loose connections, repair or replace the wiring as necessary.
  6. If the sensor and wiring appear to be in good condition, the problem may be with the control board. In this case, the control board may need to be replaced.
If you are not comfortable performing these troubleshooting steps yourself, it may be best to contact a professional appliance repair technician for assistance.

The exterior metal doors of my Garland gas ovens get burning hot. What can I do to protect the children if they touch it inadvertently?

Garland Ranges are not suitable for home use! They are restaurant, catering and cafe quality in an environment where children are not permitted. You can put a physical barrier in front of it, but in my day, parents said "don't go near this or you will get burned", and if you did, it was a learning process. Take them close to it and let them feel the heat. Have a safety discussion with them. See, all are stated for 'Catering'. I am a retired chef and hospitality manager, this is my trade and my career, I am also a safety trainer. https://www.google.com/search?q=Garland+gas+ovens ..

Neff U1422 oven grill tripping RCD

The grill element has an internal short and needs replacing. Sometimes you can see it as a slight bulging of the element. This happens just before it blows a hole. It may also have been physically damaged when something was put in there after a few Sherries. :>D Sounds like your RCD is adequately sensitive.

Nuwave pro plus infrared oven fan isn't working but heating element does work. Is there a reset to fan only?

No if the fan isn't working it has likely failed. They work in a very hostile atmosphere. Check continuity with a digital multimeter. Another possibility is that the contacts have come loose. A reset would be simply disconnecting it from mains power for 15 minutes. ..

I changed the Element and the Fan from my Oven and it still fails to work. What do I do?

Call for service. Both of those items could have been tested with a digital multimeter in less than a minute each. Please never change items based on guesswork, test and then replace if failure is detected. The next item up the chain of command is the Control Board and they are very expensive and always need professional diagnosis so you get the warranty on the part and on the job itself.
