I searched withhttps://www.google.com and saw operator manual and service manual for free online, but I didn't see suggested fixes.

I saw several ebay sites that might help, either with a part replacement or a replacement model since this model is fairly old.

Examples:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Kodak-6800-68...

FIXYA free user manual:

Riso S-8131 and S-4363 are both for use in Risograph Models EZ390, EZ590, MZ730, MZ770, MZ790, RZ390, RZ590, SF9350, and SF9450.

S-8131 is the new part number and S-4363 is the old part number
S-4363 is also discontinued.
There may be a slight variance in the quality and manufacturing process between the two, but for all intensive purposes, they are identical.

This code is related to your ink cartridges.

If they're empty and you haven't replaced them, then you will need to replace them.

Epson's are finicky and do not like non Epson branded cartridges so if you replaced with off brand ones, then that will cause this issue.

If you replaced cartridges are good and Epson branded, they may not have lined up properly and you'll have to remove them and reinstall them again. Also doesn't hurt to blow gently on the cartridge in the odd chance there's something interfering with the connectors.

If everything is proper and the code still appears when you turn the printer on, then it comes down to a possible sensor fault which means the printer will require servicing.

Unsure if this will work for your version of Windows, what ever it might be. Conflicting comments on the internet where people found Windows 10 was not supported, but others found it would work ok.

write as decimal over one as fraction.
multiply top and bottom for number of decimal places by 10^(number of decimal places) to eliminate decimal.
Find the greatest common factor (gcf) for both numerator and denominator and divide both by this number in this case 2.
Simplify result.

Open the Start menu and click on the "Printers and Faxes" icon. This will open a window with a list of the printers currently set up on your computer.

Double-click on the icon of the printer you want to change to online. A pop-up window detailing all current print jobs will open.

Go to Printer in the menu bar of the pop-up window and uncheck "Use Printer Offline." This action will change the printer from offline to online.

Probably a paper jam in the duplexer. Pop the back off and see if there's a paper jam.

1) Check your electrical to ensure it is providing power
2) The shredder unit MUST BE SET ON TOP OF THE BUCKET IN A SPECIFIC DIRECTION. There is a "safety switch" under the unit that MUST CONNECT with a small part in the bucket otherwise the machine will not operate.
3) When you plug it into the electrical and get no lights, or the sound of the motor, etc. it is possible you have a blown fuse which is located in the motor housing. If you are comfortable with using a soldering iron you can replace it yourself.

I know this is and old post, but I came across this issue today and this post is the first that came up in my Google searches, and three was no good response. So I thought I would post an update.

[Sorry Zaheer, I know you were trying to be helpful, but your response was a little too vague and in the end, inaccurate]

1) Go to the printer's Web Connection by typing the IP address in a browser.
2) Make sure you are on the "System" tab (Blue) at the top
3) Click on the "Detail" link on the side menu
4) Click on the "Interface Info" sub link

* Notice that you do NOT log into the Admin portion of the Web Connection. That will only confuse you.

This will show various stats, one of which is the MAC Address of the machine.

It seems like this would be better placed in the Network tab under the admin interface, but here it is.

Hope this helps someone.
