No one will stop you, but then no one will recognize your claim unless you can take it and keep it. I believe there is also an international UN treaty that prohibits anyone from claiming ownership.

I have been a bartender and a bouncer (doorman) in the past, and IMHO the bar management should be falling all over themselves to take care of you (no pun intended). They have liability insurance for just this sort of situation. If they don't take care of this then get a lawyer and sue the bar. They were negligent by continuing to serve obviously inebriated customers. As a result of their negligence you have had pain and suffering, medical bills, and loss of wages.

Delete your FB and other social media accounts and create a new fake identity. I have seven fake e-mail accounts and have FB acounts accounts associated with two of them. Being anonymous online will keep you from continuing to be victimized.

It is unlikely that a cashier will participate in criminal conspiracy for $100. The penalty is less for shoplifting. Anything under $1000 is considered petty larceny which is a misdemeanor, while anything over $1000 is considered grand larceny which is a felony. If you have $100 then just BUY whatever it is and avoid a life of crime.

You have it backwards. The mother needs to prove that you are the father. Only she knows who she had sax with. You are not obligated to do anything without a court order.

Without a will the estate will be awarded to your mother. The girlfriend has little chance of getting any of the estate without a lengthy and expensive court battle.

I only write a check if I have to mail a payment. Everything else is by debit or credit card. It shows up almost immediately on my online account. I don't recall having cash in my wallet in a couple of years.

Yes. You borrowed the money and you benefited from it, so who do you think should repay the loans?

Tell your mother and have her take it up with the studio. If they don't remove the cameras then go to a different dance studio. You could always wear your dance outfit under your street clothes so you don't have to change. People could leave any valuables locked up out of sight in their cars or just leave them at home.

Even worse, they do not even bother to ring the doorbell. I am pretty much home 24/7 since I became disabled and the only way I know there has been a delivery is when I hear the truck driving away. The USPS is the worst, but FedEx and UPS are running pretty close.

The best revenge is to just leave him and have absolutely no contact. Keys are property and you risk getting in trouble with the law if you persist in trying to get back at him. Give him his stuff and move on, preferably with his brother or best friend. =)

A snowflake is a derogatory term for a privileged white woman on the internet.

That is about as valid as if I said that I think everyone in the world named Thomas Casey should stop breathing. It would be unenforceable and would violate human rights.
