It's perfectly save to use a power converter from 220v to 110V. The 50Hz Frequenz will let the Motor spin 20% slower. So it'll last forever. I use a KSM90 from the US in Germany for more than 25 years. It runs great and the gears inside it look like new.

That is a $10k to $20k mixer, depending on where you buy it. I have used one of these. Unfortunately, grinding noises that result in the motor stopping can be fixed with a power disconnect. Mine is stuck too and it's so annoying. I used terry cloth and hammer the bowl to knock the bowl down (1-2 times and not too hard). I think the bowl is up a bit and over locked when doing bread dough.

If you want that, you might need to arrange an order through nuwave or one of it's manufacturer partners that focuses on the plastic enclosure tha that you've mentioned. If that does not work, then you can reach out to a commercial kitchen product distributor to help with find the part. To find one, you can check on the back of your kitchen product boxes . I do not think it matters the plastic disc may be to keep beater fro mixing bowel. i would try it and see what happens, you could switch holes after trying it.
