COPD will bar you from military service

No. most countries organized armed forces will issue the weapons they want you to use. they can better maintain and support them rather than having 100s of different types of weapons. You may still own your own personal weapon if your local laws allow.

Go ahead. This is the best career you can have. By the way of which country's airforce you want to join ?

Military • Answered on Feb 08, 2018

I recommend joining the Air Force if you want to become a pilot however, people don't just become pilots after having a Bachelors. You have to meet the requirements, pass the exams and be medically cleared and in shape, this applies to all branches. On the other hand its a challenge that only you can decide. I recommend talking to the nearest recruiter.
