I cannot update my Navman C40
No updates. It is an old model. Buy a Garmin! Or they will give you a few bucks off for a trade in

This is due to the technological advances in mapping data over the past few years. The size of the mapping data is too great to be handled by the older hardware and we are unable to release map upgrades for these devices. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Can I download to gps
Offline maps are allowed to be able to downloaded on your device's internal storage by default, but you can be able to download them on to an SD card instead. If your device is on Android 6.0 or higher you can only be allowed to save an area to an SD card that is configured for portable storage.

This is usually done through a computer or laptop. Create an account on the Garmin website. Connect your Sat-Nav to the computer. You should be able to download the updates through your account.

How to Solution for Garmin Express not working?
GE is an app. It is regularly updated. Be sure it is up to date. When your GPS is plugged into a USB port via a standard USB cable it will enter the MASS STORAGE MODE. If GE is installed properly, it will auto recognize the unit and open. Do not use a Garmin cable to plug it in. It will not enter the mass storage mode with that cable.

Trying to recalibrate,
1. Satellites are NOT fixed in place.
2. The accuracy is no longer, and has not been for decades, fudged by the military.
3. When they were fudged it was off by many meters.
4. GPS is self calibrating. All the info comes from the satellites.

My Bushnell GPS watch cannot locate golf courses. How do I fix this?
Unless there is a watch internal fault, a common problem is not being able to see the necessary satellites. This commonly occurs when there are obstructions between the watch and where it looks for the satellites. If it still has a problem when you are out in an area open to all horizons, then it will probably need repairing or replacing. You could also try resetting the watch and reloading the courses (see the Bushnell site).
