Sole treadmill f63 E5 error on startup. Never used

E5 brand new is either a bad MCB or loose connection. Check the connection on the controller ( red plug ) sometimes they use to much glue and it pulls the connect out when it drys.

Kettler pacer treadmill energy saving in middle of workout

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Kettler Pacer treadmill. The sudden stops, display turning off, and the energy-saving light being on could indicate a few possible problems. Here are a few things you can check and try to resolve the issue: 1. Power source: Make sure the treadmill is properly connected to a stable power source. Ensure that the power cord is securely plugged into an outlet and there are no loose connections. You can also try plugging the treadmill into a different outlet to rule out any electrical issues. 2. Safety key: Check if the safety key is properly inserted into the console. If the safety key is not fully inserted or is loose, it can cause the treadmill to stop abruptly. Make sure it is securely in place. 3. Overheating: Treadmills have built-in safety mechanisms to prevent overheating. If the motor or other components of the treadmill get too hot, it may shut off to protect itself. Check if the area around the treadmill is well-ventilated and free from any obstructions. Ensure that the cooling fans on the treadmill are working properly. If the treadmill is placed on a carpet, consider moving it to a hard surface to improve airflow. 4. Motor and belt: Inspect the motor and belt for any signs of wear or damage. A worn-out belt or a malfunctioning motor can cause the treadmill to stop suddenly. If you notice any issues, such as fraying or slipping of the belt, or strange noises coming from the motor, it may require professional servicing or replacement. If the above steps don't resolve the issue, it's recommended to contact the manufacturer's customer support or a professional technician who specializes in treadmill repairs. They will be able to provide specific troubleshooting steps or schedule a service visit if necessary. Remember to always prioritize your safety and follow the manufacturer's instructions when dealing with treadmill issues. I hope you're able to get your treadmill working smoothly again soon!

Lube Belt Alarm for CT5.4 Not Removed

If you're seeing the "Lube Belt" alarm on your treadmill and the usual reset methods haven't resolved the issue, it's possible that resetting the mainboard could help. Here's a general procedure to reset the mainboard of a treadmill: 1. Turn off the treadmill: Make sure the treadmill is completely turned off and unplugged from the power source. 2. Locate the reset button: Look for a small reset button on the mainboard of the treadmill. It is usually a small hole that requires a pin or a paperclip to press. 3. Press and hold the reset button: Insert a pin or a paperclip into the reset button hole and press and hold the button for about 10-15 seconds. This will reset the mainboard. 4. Release the reset button: After holding the reset button for the specified time, release it. 5. Plug in and turn on the treadmill: Plug the treadmill back into the power source and turn it on. Check if the "Lube Belt" alarm has been cleared. If the reset procedure doesn't resolve the issue, it's recommended to refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer's customer support for specific instructions on how to reset the mainboard of your treadmill model. They may be able to provide further guidance or troubleshoot the issue remotely. Remember to always prioritize safety and follow the manufacturer's instructions when dealing with any treadmill maintenance or repairs. I hope this helps, and I wish you success in resolving the issue with your treadmill!

The hitch pin is jammed at an angle and I can't get it out so I can adjust my levels not sure how this happened. How can I get this fixed

Oh no, it sounds like you're having trouble with a jammed hitch pin. That can be frustrating! Here are a few steps you can try to fix the issue: 1. Lubricate the pin: Apply some lubricating oil or penetrating oil to the pin and let it sit for a few minutes. This can help loosen any rust or debris that may be causing the jam. 2. Use pliers or a wrench: If the pin is still stuck, you can try using pliers or a wrench to provide extra leverage. Grip the pin firmly and try to rotate it or pull it out. Be careful not to apply too much force, as you don't want to damage the pin or the hitch. 3. Tap with a hammer: If the pin is still stubbornly stuck, you can try tapping it gently with a hammer. This can help dislodge any obstructions and loosen the pin. Make sure to tap it from different angles to distribute the force evenly. 4. Seek professional help: If all else fails, it might be best to seek assistance from a professional. They have the expertise and specialized tools to safely remove the jammed pin without causing any damage. Remember to prioritize your safety throughout the process. If you're unsure or uncomfortable with any step, it's always better to ask for professional help. Good luck, and I hope you're able to get your hitch pin fixed soon!

Kettler Ergometer XTR1 making squeaking noise

Kettler machines are known for it. sometimes you can fix it this way. In the place where you use it, slacken off the frame fixing bolts, give the cross trainer a bit of a shake and then tighten all the bolts up again. The helps to put equal pressure on all the parts. Video help as well.

I purchased a body champ trio-trainer from Amazon about 3 weeks ago. It had been very quite for the first 2 weeks now it make a noise that is almost irritating .

Checking the internet this machine is often not well rated. Often owners complain of squeaks noise and plastic parts breaking. If possible I would return the item through Amazon's item return if possible.
