Where too find maintence for my blu life one cell phone

try putting the phone without battery in a sealed bag of white rice many times this works to get water out of phone. it worked on my iphone

What can i do to fix my phone that doesnt respond after it got wet?

Take it apart IMMEDIATELY and remove the battery. Then pack both of them in rice to absorb the water. If you have other water absorbent material even better. Leave it there for at least 2 days to dry - be patient. Maybe you can start it again if it's totally dry inside.
