BOSCH AL1860 CV beeps , not LED ligth and don't carge
If you have checked the fuse and bridge and they appear to be fine, there may be an issue with the charging circuit or the battery. Here are a few things you can try:
Check the battery contacts: Make sure the contacts on both the battery and charger are clean and free of debris. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe them down if necessary.
Try a different battery: If you have another battery of the same type, try using it with the charger to see if the problem is with the battery or the charger.
Check the charging circuit: Use a multimeter to test the voltage at the output of the charging circuit. If there is no voltage, there may be an issue with the charging circuit itself.
Check the thermal fuse: The charger may have a thermal fuse that can blow if it overheats. Use a multimeter to test for continuity across the thermal fuse. If there is no continuity, the thermal fuse may need to be replaced.
If none of these solutions work, it may be best to take the charger to a professional for repair or replacement.

Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

The Volume control on the
The pad is worn out! the only solution is take it apart, use a Q-Tip and rubbing alcohol, clean the circuit board and the rubber pad "where the up volume is" and clean the underside of the up button. that might get it working. To take the remote apart, remove the batteries, if you see a hidden screw remove it, next you will need a small flat end screwdriver bigger enough to fit in the crevice " almost snug" next! carefully pry it "clockwise" because there are hidden clips, don't worry if some of the clips break "unavoidable"
