Blackberry 9700 cannot find blueantz91

Try resetting the Z9. With the device powered on, press the vol -/+ and MFB all at the exact same time. Ensure the buttons are not held, simply clicked all at once like a mouse to a computer. Once you get a consistent rapid flash the device has been reset and will go automatically into pair mode, it should now show up when you search for it in your phones bluetooth menu.

Blueant Z9i Volume control problem

To isolate the source of the issue, test the device on another model of phone. If the issue carries across you know its the unit, if not it could be the default call volume of the phone.

Do you have the Supertooth 3, Supertooth Light, S1 or S2?

It would say on the back of the unit, look for supertooth.

Or go to www.myblueant.com and search for the product specifically.

Low battery and not charging

Hey Patricio,

Do you have another charger you could attempt to charge it with. If it is not charging I would suggest locating a copy of your reciept to confirm you are under 2 years and calling BlueAnt at 1 866 891 3032 for a warranty.

How can i change the language in my blueant 3?

Hey Nessa,

If you are posting this under ST Light, this is wrong it should be listed under the supertooth 3. To change the language of the device delete it from any phone it is paired with in range. Once this is done, with the device off, hold down the green button until you hear a language loop. When you hear the language of your choice, let go of the green button and press it once right away. You will hear a message about your phones bluetooth menu, when you hear that go to your bluetooth menu, search for devices, select the Supertooth 3 and enter the pin code 0000 if prompted.

It does not switch on been charging it in the car,

When you release the microphone arm does the device power on? If not I would suggest locating your reciept to confirm you are under BlueAnt's 2 year warranty then calling 1 866 891 3032 for a warranty.

Are you sure you are talking about the Supertooth Light? The supertooth light does not have an in built language as it relies on your phones built in voice dialing system? You may be referring to the supertooth 3?

We would need some more info regarding how it is not working in order to assist you. Does the device not pair to your cellphone, does it not power on? Is the microphone arm stuck in the on position?

How do I pair with cellphone?

To pair the ST Light with your cell phone you must first put the device into pair mode. To do this, with the device off hold down the green button for 5 seconds. While still holding the green button, release the microphone arm. You should get a red/blue flash letting you know the device is in pair mode. When you get this go to your phones bluetooth menu, search for devices, select the ST Light and enter the pin code 0000 if prompted.

Ensure the buttons are clicked once like a mouse to a computer, and not held. When you get a consistent rapid flash the device has been reset and will go automatically into pair mode. The pin for newer blueants is 0000, for very old models it is 1234.

Hey mario, Put the device in pair mode. To do this with the device off, hold down the MFB until you get a flash. Then search in settings,general,bluetooth on your iphone and select the Z9 when it comes up.

First off the device you are referring to is a ST3 and not a Z9. What you need to do is put the device into pair mode prior to searching in your iphones bluetooth menu, to do this with the device off hold down the green button until you hear a language loop. When you hear the language of your choice let go of the green button and press it once right away. You will hear a message about your phones bluetooth menu, when you hear that go to your Iphones bluetooth menu and select the ST3 and it should work.
