When I try to change
If it is like a Dewalt table saw it requires 2 wrenches, one for the hex nut and the other open end for the spindle shaft. If this doesn't help you can go to their website and look at an operators manual for this particular tool.
Adjust angle of band saw blade to align with fence
Typically the fence is attached to the table and the table can be angled to create a bevel.
Using a square, align the table so it's square to the blade. Assuming your fence is square to the table vertically, you're good.
With most bandsaws I have worked with, there is a positive stop (typically just a bolt - the head acts as the stop) underneath the table so when you tilt the table, you can return it to flat without having to re-square everything up every time. Once you've got things square, make sure to adjust the positive stop too.
Be aware you may still have to compensate for drift with your fence, though.

Center nut
There should be a special wrench that goes with the machine to loosen the nut.
We can't get the blade to go in
There should be a button on the right side of the saw to press in to open the clamp for the blade.
Blade changes require no tools. There will be a pin that engages the hole in the blades.
B&D Corded Circular Saw - Arbor Does Not Move
This model is not equipped with a clutch so its possible that the gears are stripped, shaft broken. If the blade moves freely then this is probably the case. If blade does not move freely, check for any foreign objects between blade and blade housing. I hope this has helped if you have any further questions don't hesitate to ask. Please rate on the helpfulness of the answer. Good Luck and have a great weekend.
