The blade on my black and decker radial arm saw is locked up. It will not move even by hand.
moved you out of cars to tools
well some have brakes, so hands not cut off, as it spins down.
what is the job here. not told what ACT is being attemped
or if you lost the manual that covers all this.
some blade bolts are LHT , left hand treading so , learn that first
if doing blade swaps.
buy this used and need to learn how to use it?
NO MODEL SAW TOLD at all, nor country told, some are different outside our USA< so not told.
is this the blade spin locked up, NOT TOLD
