DID YOU SET THE PASS WORD YOUR. OR DID YOU JUST USE THE ONE THAT CAME WITH THE TV. YOU COULD LOOK FOR A RESET BUTTON BUT IT BY BE IN THE SETTING OF YOU TV. GO TO REMOTE GO TO SETTING, TRY 0000 OR 1234, IF NOT THOSE YOU SHOULD TRY IN FIGURE THAT NUMBER. MOST TV'S WILL NOT LET YOU RESET PASS CODE UNTIL YOU ENTER THE RIGHT ON FIRST. THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU RIGHT NOW IS TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURE CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICAL SERVICE PERSON AND HOPE THEY HAVE A WAY TO PLUG USB DRIVE WITH SOFTWARE THAT WILL RESET PASS WORDS,
