is it still under warranty?? take it back to the shop you got it from

if you go to Bell website try https://mybell.com/bell/en/USD/login & click on email then enter password

When you tack the battery cover off it will say under the existing batteries what type of battery is required

What about your wireless doo bell

if there is no obvious battery panel or screw to remove the back it may just flick off otherwise google it

this is a bell device you own or your ISP owned? Fixya is USA and BELL is sold only in Canada is that you? we have none for sale here, an what is the purpose of using port 18101? (endless possible) Incoming port in the routers fire wall no less. from out side home to inside home , if yes doing what.? first off there are 65535 ports. many ports are banned outright by your ISP incoming. many IPS band (all do 80) but many ban over port 1024, and also ban small list of ports below 1024. My ISP here in USA allows me to even use port 8888 if moved 1 state over, its banned. SEE HOW THAT WORKS what I do when I move to new town, I do port scans to my router from outside, using my 3g cell phone to find out which ports are banned and not. its tedious this. and ALmost router is what a HUB. but my guess the bell router, is not allowing you to configure that directly. the maker (poor) has no real manual at all and that really sux. there web page stinks, has this silly useless video deal there. id put it in the trash and buy a real router, from CISCO. as I have. and remove AP access port added, prime. a good router will not block all ports, by default yes, what I mean is not block YOU EVER from changing the. toy hubs like this are well toys. sure dirt cheap, sure. good luck with nobody maker BELL.
