Have a bell hub 3000 and unable to open port 18101. I have swapped Hub 3000 and same issues. All other ports I need open no problem

Incoming port in the routers fire wall no less.

first off there are 65535 ports.
many ports are banned outright by your ISP incoming.
many IPS band (all do 80) but many ban over port 1024,
and also ban small list of ports below 1024.
My ISP here in USA allows me to even use port 8888
if moved 1 state over, its banned. SEE HOW THAT WORKS
what I do when I move to new town, I do port scans
to my router from outside, using my 3g cell phone
to find out which ports are banned and not. its tedious this.
and ALmost router is what a HUB.
but my guess the bell router, is not allowing you to configure that directly. the maker (poor) has no real manual at all
and that really sux.

id put it in the trash and buy a real router, from CISCO.
