Do you hear any water? and is the pump circulating it, could be very low pressure not enough to spin the inside sprayer or not enough water unit too full perhaps canyt distribute the water to melt the tab.

Assuming you can select programs and start it, the most likely problem is water inlet valve. Make sure the water tap under kitchen sink is open. The water inlet valve looks like this. Beko DS1054S Solenoid Valve

spray arms should be easy to remove, but not sure whether they can be taken apart. if they are clogged with hard water deposits, you can prevent it from happening again by replacing some of your detergent with with an additive. www.CloudyDishes.com
