Hard drive beeps
Then what happens does it restart ? or just wont boot up ?
A bit more information please.
Not sure what you mean by 'when the hard drive beepsdoes the hard drive start when you turn the laptop on
(at which point a do the beeps occur a single beep isn't unusual) and it stops when you turn the hard drive off - a beep then would be unusual.
I suspect you don't mean that, & if the laptop is working fine otherwise then I wouldn't worry about it or do you mean something else completely?make sure the ram modules have secure seatings also check all power and data leads attached from motherboard to hard drive the same will apply for your graphics card
hope this helps
ASUS VX2-AK008G Video cardNVIDIA GeForce 7700 gone
I have the exact same problem! Never downloaded or did any changes to the software - it just suddenly wouldn't show anything on the screen when starting the machine. Could hear everything just fine, but the screen just went black. I connected it to an LCD flatscreen TV and there I saw Windows appearing, but there were strips/lines across the screen. The computer drive works fine - it's the graphic card. I've read many others having the exact same problem... Any solutions out there yet, anyone?
How do I enhance my Asus PadFone X mini speaker loudness?
Look for a program called Sound Booster or one called DFX. DFX is my favorite because it not only boosts the volume, but lets you add other effects to enhance you sound as well. There is a free version. but to get all the effects you have to upgrade to the paid. If audio is important to you, check it out.
