Push in and down the silver color piece at the end of the gun. Pull piece and spring out. Load staples, end down. Reassemble.

Open up the stapler and look for a jammed staple near the opening the staples c0ome out of, had this very same problem, just a few screws to open the gun up and a small screwdriver to pop the staple out.

It accepts two rows of T50 staples. T50 type 17/32" Ceiltile staples

Contact Arrow to order this part. While you're at it, order several because they are easily lost -- and you rarely notice it when they fall off in mid-job.

Susan Sylvia is exactly right. I just fixed my tool with her information. I would add to be very careful not to disturb the 2 small springs(associated with the trigger and safety mechanisms) and take note of how they are positioned. Also, the screws seem to strip unusually easily so be gentle when removing and replacing them.

Chexk and see if tour airpressure is set tour air gage higher but if yoi gage is showing normall than icouls possabley be yout gaue
