The problem with all the Arc soft Showbiz usually occurs and they had come with the new patches, that must be installed to solve the issue..

check on the software if there is damage to install the software again

You can get an activation code by purchasing one from the microsoft website or by buying a brand new windows disc and making use of the activation code there.
Note that, there is no need to re0install the windows once you have purchased the disc. You just have to copy the code on the backside of the pack and use it.

if u r using windows 7 the media files will work by it self...other wise go to www.filehippo.com and download vlc media player...then download from cam coder and run it in vlc it will work...

try cleaning the DVD if there are still service problems

I think your Notebook's mic is muted. if you are using Windows XP/Windows 2000 then double click theh Speaker Icon in Task Bar. There you select the properties and then the recording option. You will get the Microphone setting. Unmute it here.

i need more details.

first of all you login to your account on face book the go your account & profile setting from there you can edit your picture easily

you need to transfer the song from the current location to your desktop.. then when prompted for a song you would like to use for your video, simply browse to your desktop and get it. hope this will be useful?

right click on the song on itunes, go to song location, then copy the song you want and paste on your desktop

well this may not neccessarirly be a Arcsoft ShowBiz DVD. but Your problem may be that the system is running out of "temp" storage on hard disk. You may be running into the 4G file size limit of a FAT32 formatted hard disc on these temporary files, and that is preventing Showbiz from completing its rendering process. It is best to have a large hard disc and formatted to NTSF specifications when dealing with the very large files video work requires.

Please make sure the DVD burner is working properly and the device driver has been updated to the latest version.

Please also check if you have Sonic/Roxio software installed. We have found a compatibility issue between ArcSoft and Sonic/Roxio burning engine. To resolve the problem, please first uninstall both MediaImpression and the Roxio software in Control Panel, and then reinstall the Roxio software. After that, install MediaImpression with your original installation files. Please remember to install the Roxio software first before MediaImpression is installed.

Install the driver for your camera from the manufacturers website.
Once the camera is installed the software will probably find it.
Also check with Arcsoft and make sure your software is compatible with windows 7. It may require and additional driver.
