Does the power light on the TV light up for a few seconds then turn right back off? You get no picture or sound. The power supply is defective. If still under the 90 day return policy, take it back to the store and get a different brand of TV. If under the 1 year warranty, get it fixed by the manufacturer. If no warranty, it will cost several hundred dollars to repair. Then it will probably fail again. Many of these TV's are having the same problem that you are having.There is a recall on 2012 models 60" 2 year recall but it has to have no picture with sound working.

If you look at the base of the blade at the bottom edge the is a black metal bar, push this in towards the blade and pull the nose of the blade away from the clipper.
