AMP Music - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

Hello Marie,
you may need to buy an audio cable or an adapter and audio cable depending on which model of iPad you have.
Any electronic store will have the cable you need. Most likely 3.5mm jack to RCA jack which you will plug into CD or MD input of the receiver and adjust the volume on your iPad.
If you have the newer model iPad you will a Lightning adapter to 3.5mm in which you plug in the 3.5mm to RCA to be connected to the input of the receiver (CD or MD)
I have included a link to the receiver's manual. Download it for Reference.
Do not hesitate to contact me, if you need further assistance.
Best of luck,

The MX15R has a clean and overdrive channel with a common input. The reverb is between these input channels and the power amplifier. The common link between the two, is the input jack and selector switch which chooses which pre-amp section to use. I would check out this switch and jack as most likely, one of the other is open.
