My bathtub drains incredibly slow. After a 5 min

Run a short snake thru the line. Somewhere between the drain and the tee into the line with the sink is a clog.

American standard single handle shower vavle drips when tub spout is on.

Be sure to pull the plunger all the way up when diverting the water between the the tub and shower if ti keeps giving you a problem it's faulty

I have American standard heritage 11 heat pump with the coils inside btw it's a double wide I was wondering where the fuse might be located

There will be a box that the unit gets power from, either up on the roof or on the side of the home, the fuse or circuit breaker will be in there.

Does American standard still use the AC/DC motor in their variable speed air handler that was causing problems requiring early replacement

Yes, all manufactures are using the dreaded X13 ECM motor. If you can get a tech to do so replace it with a single speed motor and add a relay
