The ICS (screen ) code is different
the one you have in a red/grey card is the immobilizer code and it is needed to reprogram keys.
The ICS needs a visit to the dealerdship and pay a small amount to get it.
got any errors like P0016 or P0013 ?
You may try remove and clean the 2 sensors on the cylinder head ( timing sensors).
