Go to the company website. Look at the top of the main page for "PRODUCTS", or enter the product that you are looking for in the "search box. Another approach is to scroll to the bottom of the page. View the index and click on "Products". If that doesn't work for you, then click on "contact". If the contact telephone number is not displayed, then send an e-mail with your question. Using the company website, and posing your question directly to the company, will result in a correct answer 100% of the time. Its in there best interests. Going to the public is playing a game of chance 100% of the time.

Is this the card you always used, or did you recently buy a new card? Because you can use MMC cards and SD cards. Most SD cards you now buy, even the 2 GB ones, are SDHC cards and they are not compatible with your camera. You should try to get an SD card. They used to make SD cards up to 4GB, but as I said, now they already make 2GB SDHC, So look careful when buying a memory card. If it was the card you always used, try to get all pictures from the card, using an external memory card reader on your computer. Then in the camera do a format, before you continue. If it does not work, try an other card. SD that is.

You may need to try some photo recovery software to rescue the pictures, here are some for your option. You may not recover all the pictures, but will recover most of them.

Photo Recovery (for Windows)
Photo Recovery for Mac

Both programs are able to recover pictures, videos and music files.

Note: Before your files are recovered, do not attempt to save more files to the SD card in case the original lost files are overwritten.
