Remove and reinstall driver

You can shut off battery first. Just for minute. And then try to turn on. If it not work out you need recharge battery by external charger and then try to turn on.

test the Software diagnostic for easy fix it. Maybe you can uninstall the driver corrupt and install the new update from your SONY supplier website for free. give you model, etc. God bless you

There are many documented cases of this router being ****. How old is it? If you can return it do that. If not, get yourself a linksys. I know they are bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll down cd-dvd rom drives you might see a yellow question mark ? right click to update driver or select properties general troubleshoot if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it you might have to physically unplug the leads for this dvd rom restart your computer then plug them back in this should activate the found new hardware wizard if this does not fix the problem it might be a registry problem if you cant see your disk drive in windows explorer Close all open programs
