I would say try logging in with local admin account - which is created by default - (Username - .\administrator) If you still cant then you need a USB to crack the local account.

clear your browser cache, i.e. the history. Check that it is not still installed in your program manager in control panel, if flash is there highlight it and hit the uninstall button

You cannot do this without installing an operating system first on the hard drive, that has the drivers for the advent laptop you are using. Look for re set button , if no re set take battery out , replace t then re boot

It could be faulty but I notice my digital photo frame needs the on-off button holding in for several seconds before it will switch on.
