Go to iconfitness.com click on customer service then click on to manuals input manufacture as Image and the Model Name as 760 their is a manual under that.

I can only hope that your problem has been resolved, since this post is 6 years old. I just had this same issue on my treadmill. Push start, stop and enter at the same time, while holding them down put the safety magnet in plase. This will put the treadmill into engineering mode. In the owners manual it says to use speed +- button to go to "Lube Reset", but that wasn't an option on my treadmill so I used the odometer reset and the "Lube" light went off.

You can Follow these steps:

Click the Dashboard link at the top of this page to visit your Fitbit.com dashboard.
Click the profile icon on the top right side of your dashboard.
On the left side of your profile page, under your default profile photo, you will see links to "change profile pic" and "upload pictures." Click Upload pictures to do so.
Once you've successfully uploaded an image, click the small grey gear icon to set your chosen photo as a profile image.
At this point you should see your Fitbit.com profile image change to reflect your selection. To ensure that image is able to be displayed on the community, you'll also want to check the Privacy Settings in your account.
Still on your Fitbit.com Dashboard, click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Click Settings, and then choose Privacy from the list on the left.
Make sure your Profile Photo is set to be visible to Anyone.

It could be a fault with the motor controller board, in which case the motor controller board would need to be replaced.
Or it could be that the motor itself is shorted or open or otherwise broken
