All memory on the n35 is powered by the n35 - if it goes completely dead, I usually leave it for a few weeks for the battery to completely flatten then check hard reset switch is off and recharge.

there should be a hard reset switch on the bottom. next to the pc connector. if there are two, the other is soft reset.

remove the battery and re insert again...then try to power ON

Hello First of all please inform me if the pda displays ONLY a white screen. Are there any characters on the screen or something like this? Does a soft-reset or a hardreset helps solving this problem ?(please try these first). I will be able to assist you better if I know the answers to these questions. If you need more informations on how to do hard/soft resets please inform me. You may also find these informations in your device's user manual. Good luck and please reply with more informations.

I had a similar problem. I sorted it by doing 3 hard resets and a soft reset. You could try that.

I removed the front cover and found that the touchscreen connector ribbon to the main board had come adrift. I reconnected it and hey presto I'm fully operational once again.

If your router has wireless broadcasting. Check all the settings in your router. Add the MAC address of the WIFI Card to your routers Wireless settings and also maybe in your firewall settings in the networking of your router. Be sure to add the WEP key when you connect to your router. Check your security settings.

In case you still have not been able to solve your problems I can help you!

1. Just connect the PDA and your Vista laptop the way you used to with WinXP (cradle, USB). The PDA will be detected as "Windows Mobile Device" and you should be automatically asked by Vista for sync configuration. You will have to get used to the "Windows Mobile Device" interface.

2. There is no official upgrade from WM5 to WM6. But if you surf to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=347220, there will be help for you.

hi, I had the same problem so i checked some other forums. I then found the answer. While your acer is plugged in, hard reset it, this switch is on the bottom of the machine. Switch the hard reset thing to the left for five secs, then back to the right. The green light should start flashing! You just fixed you acer!

I assume that your sound is turned on and the volume is turned up. Try earphones. If they work the speaker is possibly damaged or the jack plug connections are bad. If they don't, the amp section is possibly damaged.

have a inbuilt modem for GPRS service so you can use uinternet as in mobile you had used,

Trya hard reset, mine was off for 6+ months and wouldnt charge. After a couple of hard resets - bingo, fully charged battery.

Have you updated the firmware?
