Hi Steve, I'm going to need a little more information. That looks like the serial number. I can't find any info on #1618995. What kind of car did it come out of? Sounds like some kind of Chevy. Is it an aftermarket radio? Delco is a bad choice, unless your replacing your radio with an other factory radio. What kind of car are you putting it in? Let me know if your just trying to put an aftermarket stereo in, radio kits and wiring harnesses are available for most cars. Ray

would need more info to narrow it down year, make, etc. but usually will be a loose fan belt, a bad battery, bad regulator,or burnt brushes in the alerrnator. Most jobbers can bench test your alternator for you, and your battery as well which will get you of to a good start

You need to drop the oil pan and check the pick up tube and screen and O-rings. While you are in the process, check the crank shaft for signs of bad bearings. There is a TSB out on this issue and the most likely cause is the o ring on the pick up tube. When you put the pan back on, you need to use a new gasket and make sure that the surfaces are clean. ATV is not a recommendation and also be sure to not over tighten the pan bolts.

This is an indication that the belt is slipping under load . If it is a "V" bely section then the back of the belt should be just above the pulley flange. If it is down in the pulley it is either the wrong width section belt profile for the pulley. The belt width is printed on the back of the belt and will read something like 9 or 10 or 12 or 13 and is the width at the back of the belt. Alternators can fit a variety of engines and the belt size is determined by what the cranl pulley is and not all alternators are sold with the correct pulley profile for the engine .If you have a multigroove belt then replace the belt as they become hard and will not drive properly. Ensure that the belt is correctly tensioned.

depending on the age and milage of the car, there could be several reasons. One is that it needs new spark plugs and wires. if it has many miles on it it might need a timing belt or the timming set. The rotor may have a crak in it causing the misfire. With out complete details, this is my best guess.

Yes , The fuel pump can be defective , But I would look at the Fuel Pump Relay To see if you have power to it . Look in your owner manual under fuses and relays = Should be in your glove box . All ground wires are black.

If your nice to the dealer concerned they might help you with a diagram.eg what ever make car it came out in.just a suggestion.
