Just set your mouse cursor in the middle of the photo to activate it, and then move your mouse cursor around)Looking at the two rows of pins, you will see there are some missing in the middle.Essentially can be said as having pins on the Left, and pins on the Right. It is my belief that the pins on the Left side, are what you want.Number the pins across the Top rowLet's start at the Left side. Pins 2, 4, 6, and 8.Now number the pins on the Bottom row, Left side.Look like there may be four pins, so number from the Left,Pins 1, 3, 5, and 7.It is my belief that;Pins 2 and 4 are for the Power On LED lightPin 2 being for the Positive ( + ) wirePins 6 and 8 for the Power On switchPins 1 and 3 for the HarDDrive activity LED light. (HDD LED)Pin 1 for the Positive ( + ) wirePins 5 and 7 for a Reset switchI think the pins on the Top row/Right side, may be for a speaker.A lot of times though, these pins are not even used. One pin may have been a 5 Volt test area for the factory.Other pins may be for technology that isn't used today, or used readily.Such as Infrared Remote, and so on.(Huh! Always thought Infrared was spelled Infared.Good Ol' spellcheck)I would SUGGEST, using a 2-wire LED to check my theory. For additional questions please post in a Comment, or Reply; at end of solution.Regards, joecoolvette
