what PC? is it? make and model what is 4D? what does the 4 D due, what is it, where did you plug it in , to USB port that W7 driver does not belong on W10. it told you that. that means go to the maker of unstated device and ask them for w10 driver, that is what we all do.

It's probably some sort of virus. There's been no known existence in any system that creates .exe while moving or copying files unless its a virus loaded in memory monitoring file access. Virus is made to proliferate. Don't try to execute the .exe file and immediately scan your computers both desktop and mobile for possible additional existence of viruses by using dependable anti-virus software with latest updates - the anti-virus software will not be able to detect it if it's not on its latest virus database list & signatures.

These are not designed for operating systems above xp......but if it does show up in your device manager update windows and it may be in your update list.

There may be a fault in the laptop's power supply adapter.

Try testing its rated output voltage versus the actual with a multimeter.

If the adapter comes in 2 sections, 1 cord from the wall to the adapter, and then the adapter to the laptop, be sure to test both sections.

Replace the adapter if required.

Also check that the connection socket where the power adapter plugs into the laptop is not loose and preventing proper electrical contact.
