error 10186 docucolor 12 what can i fix it thanks 10-186 is a fuser problem.Check for jammed paper in fuser or low fuser oil.Might have bad fuser lamp or fuser thermal fuse.

because there is not enought oil on the fuser roll. The problem is the oil pump. change it before make one irreversible damage to the fuser or pressure rolls. Do a full maintenance of the fuser module

Docucolor 12. After about a week I found the oil was low again and we had only made a few hundred copies. When we pulled the unit away from the wall I found where all the oil went (nice floor polish).

oil leak use too much oil open ur fuser oil unit  clean it with cloths  all pipes and oil blade  check for leakage  and replce oil blade
